Hi, I’m Faith Carol .
I offer depth-based facilitation for sensitives and intuitives seeking to connect to the greater meaning of their life, and to rewrite the story of their woundedness. My goal is to empower you, and reconnect you to the vast network of support available from your body, spirit guides, and True Self.
Using the spiritual tools of animistic energy healing, archetypal astrology, mindfulness, folk magic, and alchemy, I help my clients and students to facilitate inner and cultural transformation, and walk the path of liberation from cycles of oppression and suffering.
My goal is to help you meet your fundamental needs of agency, meaning, community, creativity, and wellness.
The core of my work is relational-mending. We live in the context of systems which have gained power by dissolving relational networks. These systems behave like sorcerers, creating illusions to trap your vibrant life force, weaving false narratives to take your power. You have been deliberately cut off from your body’s wisdom, your soul’s genius, the support of your ancestors and the living cosmos. This oppressive Sorcery tends to express as illness, mental distress, and shame.
Though these cultural dynamics effect all beings, but intuitives and sensitives tend to hold more of the burden. However, they are also more innately prepared to transform and release these patterns. In our work we will dismantle these illusions, liberate you from these curses, and re-align you with your own deep wisdom, and loving heart. Doing this work gives the space to your soul-body to activate the healing power you already know you have.

Embodied Animism
I call the spiritual process I facilitate Embodied Animism. Its intention is relational mending with the body and the Anima Mundi, or the living world. It assumes that soul, or that which connects us all, the life force of consciousness, is in all things.
In other words matter contains consciousness, though most of it is thoroughly unlike human consciousness.
In Embodied Animism we integrate animist ritual and trance states, somatics, creativity, astrology, folk magic and energy healing to facilitate relationships with the living world, and the parts of ourselves we’ve been conditioned to ignore.
All are welcome to use this term. Many others use different terms to describe similar work. At its heart it is about raising consciousness through re-enchanting our worldview with our body’s as guides, and spirit allies as community.

My practice is anti-racist, anti-fascist, decolonial, and anti-ableist. It is trauma and gender informed.
I am also a researcher, writer, musician, and artist.
My practice is located in Te Jop, on Ho-Chunk land, otherwise known as Madison, WI.
I offer classes, readings, and healings to folks all over the world through the magic of the internet.
